Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre
The Auburn Ruth Everuss Centre in Lidcombe, NSW, has been upgraded with Evo CS-i heat pumps to ensure optimal water temperatures year-round.
Installed by Image Air Conditioning, the project was completed in two stages. Stage 1 included 3x CS-i 250 and 1x CS-i 130 heat pumps, while Stage 2 added 2x CS-i 250, 2x CS-i 130, and 1x CS-i 65 heat pumps. These new Evo CS-i heat pumps replace a competitor brand, enhancing the centre’s efficiency and performance.
The Evo CS-i series, known for its full inverter technology, delivers high efficiency, reliability, and ultra-quiet operation.
These heat pumps provide precise temperature control, significantly lower operating costs, and reduced energy consumption. By drawing significantly less electrical power than traditional heat pumps with ON/OFF style compressors, the Evo CS-i series not only reduces operating costs but also lessens the environmental impact by reducing CO2 emissions from coal-powered electricity stations. Additionally, the ultra-quiet operation of the CS-i series ensures a more pleasant environment for the centre’s users.
The advanced features of the CS-i series help the centre maintain comfortable water temperatures while minimising environmental impact.
This upgrade enhances the centre’s facilities, which include a 50-metre Olympic pool, 25-metre indoor pool, leisure pool, and warm program pool. The centre also offers a splash pad, aquatic programs, birthday party services, and a fully equipped health club. By integrating the Evo CS-i series, the Auburn Ruth Everuss Centre demonstrates its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, ensuring a high-quality, inclusive environment for the Lidcombe/Auburn community.
